To date CIDC has completed over seventy humanitarian mine action projects benefiting mine-affected regions in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.

Typical mode of operations is to train, equip, deploy and supervise indigenous personnel.

Specific services include:

- Landmine clearance (demining).
- Mined-area surveys and technical assessments.
- Mine detection dog operations.
- Landmine stockpile destruction.
- Mine risk education.
- Supply of equipment and training.
- Equipment test and evaluation programs.
